FAQs

Q: How do i use these apps on our large TV?

A: There are two main ways. First is to use a laptop or a PC connected to your TV by a HDMI cable. This is a great way because you have a keyboard to control the apps. The second way is on a tablet. The Screen cast function lets you project whatever is on the tablet onto the large TV and use the tablet as a controller. On an iPad this function is called AirPlay. Using the apps on the tablet is also useful for “1 to 1” sessions with residents as you can take it with you around the house.

Q: Do we need an internet connection to use these apps?

A: Yes, an internet connection is required as the apps run directly from our servers.

Q: I have bought multiple licenses, how do I give them to my team?

A: Go to the Dashboard tab, make sure you are logged in, and press the blue Manage Team button. Here you can see how many licenses you have bought and invite your team members directly.

Q: I have bought a license and now I want to buy more for our sister nursing home.

A: Go to the cart and add as many licenses as you need; each license provides one access. Automatic discounts apply when purchasing multiple licenses in a single order.

Q: If I buy another license, will I get the two weeks free trial?

A: The free trial is only available for new customers.

Q: I have bought 1 license a while ago and now I have bought another 1, but I didn’t receive a discount.

A: Discounts apply when 2 or more licenses are purchased together in a single transaction.

Q: I have a suggestion for some changes to the apps, can I contact you?

A: Yes, please do! We love hearing from fellow activity professionals. If you have an idea that can make these tools better for your residents, let us know

Q: Will there be more apps in the future or any updates to the existing apps?

A: Yes. We continuously upgrade and improve existing apps, and we always have new ideas in development.

Q: Why are there no modern celebrities in the Who am I? app?

A: To protect the privacy and rights of public figures, our built-in games feature only public domain and historical figures. However, our custom card feature allows your activities team to easily upload your own local images and tailor activities specifically for your residents.

Q: The apps look too large on my screen and I cant see everything.

A: This is usually caused by your computer’s display scaling. Right-click on your desktop background, select Display Settings, and look for Scale. If it is set very high, try lowering it slightly to fit everything on screen.

Q: I don’t see the Apps.

A: The Apps tab is only visible when you are logged into your account.
