Q: Do i need a computer to use these apps?

A: The apps are designed to be used on a PC or laptop connected to a large TV via an HDMI cable for group activities. They can also be used on a tablet for 1-to-1 sessions, and some tablets support screen-casting to project onto a large TV.

Q: Do we need an internet connection to use these apps?

A: Yes, an internet connection is required as the apps run directly from our servers.

Q: I have a suggestion for some changes to the apps, can i contact you?

A: Yes, please do! We love hearing from fellow activity professionals. If you have an idea that can make these tools better for your residents, let us know

Will there be more apps in the future or any updates to the existing apps?

A: Yes. We continuously upgrade and improve existing apps, and we always have new ideas in development.

Q: Why are there no modern celebrities in the Who am I? app?

A: To protect the privacy and rights of public figures, our built-in games feature public domain and historical figures. However, our custom card feature allows your activities team to easily upload your own local images and tailor activities specifically for your residents.

Q: The apps look too large on my screen and i cant see everything.

A: This is usually caused by your computer’s display scaling. Right-click on your desktop background, select Display Settings, and look for Scale. If it is set very high, try lowering it slightly to fit everything on screen.

Q: I don’t see the Apps tab.

A: The Apps tab is only visible when you are logged into your account.
